LeakHunter ApS sells products and service subscriptions exclusively to businesses; therefore, the terms and conditions below apply only to business purchases.
All amounts listed on the website are exclusive of sales tax.
LeakHunter ApS accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort and MasterCard. We do not charge any transaction fees on your purchase.
Payment for the order will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
LeakHunter ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.
We only ship within Denmark. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
In the unlikely event that delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to business addresses in Denmark as well as to GLS package shops.
All items are shipped via GLS.
We offer a 14-day return policy on items purchased from our online store.
The period begins on the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, and you may choose your own shipping carrier.
You must notify us of your cancellation no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are exercising your right of cancellation.
You must submit your notice by email to [service@leakhunter.dk], clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is up to LeakHunter ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion of the purchase price—or none at all—as a refund.
Our products come with a 1-year warranty for business customers. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use of the product.
LeakHunter ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
A replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year warranty period for the item.

You may also cancel your purchase by providing clear notice and returning the item in person to the address above, by prior arrangement.
When you purchase a physical pressure testing device (LeakHunter), it comes with a free 1-year service subscription that provides access to an annual service check and the ability to generate pressure test reports. After an order is completed, the subscriber will receive an email with information on how to set up a user login that provides access to the service subscription.
The LeakHunter service subscription has a 12-month commitment period. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled within the 12-month active period.
After registration and for each drawing, a receipt will be sent by email.
By signing up for automatic payments, you authorize us to store all necessary payment card information for the purpose of automatic payments. This information will be deleted when the agreement ends.
You can cancel your subscription either through the ”payment page login.” Alternatively, you can send us an email at [service@leakhunter.dk], with ”Cancellation” in the subject line, and include your customer number and a statement that you wish to cancel your subscription. Once the cancellation has been processed, the subscription will remain active until the expiration date of the current subscription period.
When signing up for a subscription, the subscriber must provide the following customer information:
Name, Company Name, Company Address, Email, and Company Phone Number.
The information above will be treated confidentially and will be deleted upon cancellation of the subscription.
